CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE
ORCA Corporate membership structure and benefits
Revised document, valid from November 27, 2023
The European Organisation for Caries Research (ORCA) offers unique opportunities to companies and institutions to support the global goal of better oral health. ORCA unites researchers, organizations and individuals working in the area of cariology, preventive dentistry, caries management and oral epidemiology. Dental caries still represents a highly prevalent problem, although a significant decline of caries in children and adolescents has been observed in several countries in the last 50 years. This success story has yet to be transferred to many other countries and age groups such as adults and seniors, as well as, to management of other hard tissue conditions such as erosive tooth wear and molar-incisor hypomineralisation.
Companies will enjoy the benefits of:
- Being affiliated with the world-leading caries research organization via representation;
- Being visible on our website pages and at the annual ORCA congress;
- Networking with partners for improvements in global oral health;
- Annual ORCA congresses which are predominantly in Europe;
- Information on courses, seminars and conferences regarding caries and other hard dental tissue disorders which we provide for everyone from top executives to new graduates and students;
- Up-to-date information on developments in science, technology, engineering and science posted in the Caries Research journal, available electronically online;
- Significant discounts on fees for the annual ORCA congress and co-sponsored events, publications and advertising for your organization’s staff;
- Publicity for your organization through sponsorship of annual ORCA congress and other activities, such as summer schools, workshops, and seminars.
